Primary Care Express Frankfort
We are now open to serve your health care needs. We can treat most minor injuries in our comfortable office, where waiting is minimized and treatment is warm and personal. We know that when you’re injured or suffering from pain, you don’t want to wait a long time for medical attention. That’s why we’re open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
 
Our primary care location is conveniently located in West Frankfort's prevention Park, just a few blocks from the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Our board certified nurse practitioners, Donna Schwartz and Angela Melton, are anxious to provide medical services to you and your entire family.

Our cardiology office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 pm.. Our ARNP-BC, Kathleen Dively, is here to help keep your heart healthy. Kathleen holds the distinction of being the only Board certified clinical lipid specialist in Kentucky.
